Sad Departures

I'm unhappy to announce that Cami Park, poetry editor extraordinaire, has given up her Night Train duties to more fully pursue her own writing. I'm glad we'll get more of her sui generis poems and stories, but selfishly sad for myself, as she's been an integral and amazing part of Night Train with behind-the-scenes work, as well as her stellar record of responding quickly to submissions and finding great poems for all of you to read. I think the only thing I told her about finding poems for the journal was that I wanted to find poems doing something new and flashy, but I also wanted NT to be a place where a more straightforward narrative or lyric voice(similar to my own poetry voice) would be welcome as well. She managed that tack beautifully. I'll be taking over the poetry duties now, but there's no replacing her.

Thanks for the great eye, the hard work and the late night IMs, Cami.
